All of our Board of Director meetings are open to the public and are held on the 4th Monday of every other month* starting in February of the calendar year, at the Community Health Institute at 501 South St, 2nd Floor in Bow, at 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. (*see the posted meeting schedule below for variances if you plan to attend a meeting). Important Notice about Exam Format Change:
The NH Prevention Certification Board in conjunction with IC&RC ruling, no longer offers “paper” exams. The last paper exam was on December 9th, 2016. All exams are computer based only and must be taken at a designated testing site. The price of the CPS exam which includes the application fee is $250. For further information about registering for an exam, please go to the IC&RC Exam Information page
EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2015, the Board will have a new Administrator, through their continuing partnership with the Community Health Institute. All medical/physical conditions require documentation of the treating physician’s examination conducted within the previous three months.
